When it comes to losing weight with juicing, some ingredients work better than others.
Here's my favorite juicing for weight loss recipe:
- 2 sticks of celery
- 4 spinach leaves
- 2 kale leaves
- 1/4 cabbage
- 1 apple
LOTS of veggies but only ONE apple?
Why?
Fruits are packed with natural sugar. They're healthy, but even if it comes from fruit, sugar is BAD for weight loss.
Most people who struggle to lose weight with juicing are using too much fruit.
