  • A beautiful, healthy body begins with a beautiful, healthy attitude. Proper 
exercise is just mind over matter and doing the right thing is a result of 

thinking positive thoughts. Here are some tips for getting into the right frame 

of mind in order to acquire an enviable body frame."

  • Imagine the possibilities; In your mind, picture the woman/ man you can become
  • Set short- and long-term goals and constantly strive for 
  • them
  • Surround yourself with reminders of your potential 
  • Tape a photo of a supermodel on a wall where you’ll see it when you work out.

  • Reward yourself when you reach your goals –

  • Your Exercise Routine: Take a Walk or Jog in a Public or Community 

  • >If you’re mentally and physically tired, don’t push yourself.; Even 
  • professional athletes rest!; Allow your muscles to recuperate between 
  • workouts.  The average recuperation time is four days for large muscles (legs) and two days for small ones (arms).  The one exercise that can be done daily is walking
  • ; Try walking in a pleasant environment to stimulate your creative and spiritual juices
  • Exercise at the time of day when your body and mind are most alert.  
  • This depends on the individual: experiment with morning, midday, and evening workouts.
