INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups panir, cut into cubes (cottage cheese)
- 10 -12 baby potatoes, boiled
- 1 cup boiled green peas
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 2 -3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons mango powder (amchur)
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt
METHOD
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the green chiles and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the paneer, potatoes and green peas and cook for another minute.
Add the amchur, crushed pepper, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
Serve hot garnished with the chopped coriander.
