DAADI MAA’S NUSKHA (Home Remedies)….(Winter) - 3
JOINT PAINS (Arthritis/Rheumatism/Gout):
• Mix a teaspoon of dry AAMLA powder with 2 teaspoons of
GUR (Jaggery) and have it twice daily for month.
• Have 1-2 LAHSUN (Garlic) cloves first things in the morning.
• Take a handful of fresh NEEM leaves. Grind them in the
mixer with a little water. Strain. Add LEMON juice and drink
1-2 times a day on an empty stomach
.
(Note: People prone to acidity should not have this)
