No body likes dry and damaged hair. It spoils the beauty of a person and if the victim is a woman, it is of great concern to repair damaged hair so that the beauty can be restored.
To treat and repair damaged and dry hair you should be aware of the causes that lead to such hair problems. Some factors that cause hair damage may not be in your hands but there are some factors which are certainly in your control.

Excess heat is not good for you whether your hair gets heat from Sun’s rays or from artificial devices. Excess heat drains away moisture from your hair and leaves it dehydrated which promotes hair damage. Many women and beauty parlours use tools such as curling irons, hot rollers etc. for different types of hair styles. These tools and electronic devices emit harmful heat radiation. Excess heat is neither good for your hair nor for your brain.
However you can use such devices when you are going to attend wedding ceremony or special occasions. But do not use such heated appliances every time you go to attend a party. However, if you can’t stop yourself from heating your hair to get your desired hair style, use some heat protecting sprays before heating your hair.

Avoid Use Of Shampoo Daily

Shampoo can prove to be very beneficial if you use it twice or thrice a week. But if you shampoo daily your hair will become dry and get damaged. Excess use of shampoo drains out moisture from your hair which ultimately makes them dry and damaged.

Omega 3 fatty acids are very beneficial for your heart health and immune system. It improves your blood circulation due to which your hair roots get sufficient amount of nutrients. Eventually your hair becomes healthy and beautiful. These fatty acids also improve your nervous system and brain functions which ultimately provide strength to your hair. Salmon, tuna, sardines, flaxseeds, nuts, fish oil etc. are goods sources of omega 3 fatty acids. Hence consume such foods regularly to repair damaged hair naturally.

Eat Diet Rich In Iron

Iron is very essential for the nutrition of your hair. This nutrient improves blood circulation and increases hemoglobin. This nutrient also prevents anemia and various other problems such as shortness of breath, weakness etc. You should eat foods rich in iron to repair your damaged hair.

Mix these three ingredients properly and apply on your damaged hair. Allow it to remain there for 15-20 minutes and thereafter wash it with mild shampoo. You can see the result on the same day. Trimming Is Important

To keep your hair healthy, keep trimming it regularly. Trimming also prevents the occurrence of split ends. If your hair is weak, try to keep it short.

To repair your damaged hair, use suitable conditioner for your hair. Instead of using ready made conditioner, you can also use home made conditioner. The mixture of honey and olive oil acts as an excellent hair conditioner.

Keep Yourself Hydrated

Lack of water causes dehydration; hence drink plenty of water to improve blood circulation and to keep your hair moist and hydrated.
