For stuffing:
250 gms chicken
3 green chillies chopped
2 tomatoes chopper
1 onion
1-2 tsp chilli powder
1-2 tsp garam masala powder
6 cloves garlic
1" ginger
Coridander leaves chopped
Salt
2 tbsp. oil
Method:
Heat oil, fry ginger
Add in garam masala powder, chilli powder and salt
Add tomatoes and
fry till tender and oil separates.
Add onion
How to stuff:
Take 250 gms flour. Rub in 1 tsp ghee
Add water and knead to a smooth dough. Roll it out into a long roll about 2" in diameter. Cut into equal size and flatten.
Take a small piece of small roti, fill in the chicken
