Beetroot juice is very beneficial for menopause and it should be consumed twice daily. You can also boil carrot seeds in cow’s milk for around 10 minutes and drink it. You should also ensure that you drink lots of water daily. Apart from plain water you can also keep yourself hydrated by taking in fresh fruit juices but keep in mind that by no chance you will consume alcohol or caffeine.
